Project Analyst

Full-time, permanent


We are seeking a motivated Project Analyst to join our PMO team and contribute to the delivery of our autonomous technology . In this role, you will support the PMO team and work closely with all departments within the business.

The role will be based in Oxford.

The role: 

  • Support the PMO team with the running, improving and developing processes for maximising the overall team’s impact; 
  • Responsible for gathering and analysing data, for producing reports for easy decision-making and for providing recommendation to the relevant stakeholders
  • Analysing data and identifying opportunities for business improvement through implementing or streamlining process
  • Exposure to some of the key project management deliverables, including project planning, resource planning & control, cost planning & control. 
  • Opportunity to meet and work with a broad cross-section of people across the business
  • Supporting stakeholder empowerment: internal technical teams, internal business operational teams, some exposure to external parties (such as suppliers, contractors, clients with time)
  • Opportunity to progress to be a project manager depending on performance in the role.


  • An analytical mindset coupled with an appetite to always improve & learn new skills 
  • Ability to collate and present data in a concise and effective way
  • A plus: 1-2 years experience in a business role (data management, business and/or resource planning, business analytics). 
  • A plus: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or data subjects.
